N95全自動(dòng)折疊口罩一體機(jī)是用于生產(chǎn)折疊口罩生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的全自動(dòng)機(jī)器,采用超聲波技術(shù),將3~6層PP無(wú)紡布,、活性炭濾材以及過(guò)濾材料等部品進(jìn)行熔接.整套設(shè)備經(jīng)過(guò)無(wú)紡布熔接,耳帶熔接,、印刷、對(duì)折,、封邊,、滾切等一體化全自動(dòng)折疊生產(chǎn)工藝,可加工3M 9001、9002等和其它折疊口罩.根據(jù)產(chǎn)品需求所選用的原材料可以生產(chǎn)出達(dá)到如FFP1,、FFP2,、N95等不同的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的口罩,全程生產(chǎn)無(wú)需人才參與,全自動(dòng)完成生產(chǎn)成品.

1. Equipment process

2.采用工控機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)與PLC的實(shí)時(shí)通訊,通過(guò)觸摸屏實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)對(duì)話(huà),各項(xiàng)設(shè)置操作需簡(jiǎn)單方便;
3.設(shè)備符合國(guó)家有關(guān)機(jī)電設(shè)備的安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求;

五、其它要求
1.本設(shè)備驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn):設(shè)備組裝調(diào)試完成前一周通知乙方準(zhǔn)備好生產(chǎn)物料,按技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收,驗(yàn)收合格,甲方進(jìn)行發(fā)貨;
2.設(shè)備驗(yàn)收由雙方指定技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行參與并簽署驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告;
5. Other requirements
1. Acceptance standard of this equipment: One week before the completion of equipment assembly and debugging, notify Party B to prepare the production materials, perform acceptance according to the technical requirements, acceptance is qualified, and Party A delivers the goods;
